Construction for the Armies Hammer construction facility is set to begin next week in Minnesota.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
The facility, which will be constructed to house an athletic and recreation center, is expected to be operational by the spring of 2019.
Construction on the construction project is expected in a phase of approximately five years.
The building will be located at the corner of South Avenue and Central Avenue in East Duluth.
The project will include a new facility and a new parking lot.
The facility is expected have the capacity to house a total of 3,000 people.
The construction project has been delayed twice due to issues with the structure of the construction site.
