Recode is reporting that the first road construction sign was placed in Los Angeles this week.

The sign is located on the southbound lane of Interstate 10 in Los Angles, which has been a busy place for people to drive through during the construction phase of the freeway.

The signs, which are only part of the construction of the new project, were put in place last year, when the freeway was still being built.

The new signage, which was first reported by Jalopnik, is the first in the U.S. for a construction project.
