A new construction contract is being negotiated with the Layton Construction company.
Construction will begin in late March.
Workers will be paid about $2,000 per month per job and will start at a rate of $1,000 a week.
The contract is set to be awarded to Layton in September, which would allow workers to begin construction of the house at its original design date of May 20, 2020.
The new contract includes provisions that include the construction of two bedrooms for $3,000, a two-bedroom for $2.5, two bedrooms and a two bedroom for $1.2 million.
A contractor will provide the final finish to the house, which will be completed in mid-October.
Work will be done in Layton’s facility in Orlando, Florida, as well as at other sites in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
The project will also require the demolition of the former home of The New Yorker, a property that was a major draw to the site for decades.
