It’s easy to see why.
The city of Toronto is building a massive new park in a spot where most other parks are considered derelict, and it will be built in a place that’s almost totally inaccessible to regular commuters.
Its only purpose, according to a press release, is to allow people to exercise, “the perfect place for a construction diving”.
The park is expected to be completed in the summer of 2020.
“The park will provide a great experience for the public and provide great public access to the waterfront,” Mayor John Tory said in a statement.
“This is a key reason why we are building the park.”
But what about the people who have to walk up the stairs to get to the park?
There’s a good chance that if you’ve never done a construction dig before, you’ve been thrown off by the sheer scale of the task.
The average construction dive lasts just under three hours.
For an average construction dig, you’ll have to dive through an old concrete wall, climb a series of steps to a top, and then descend into a tunnel, which will take you to a series more steps.
And you can’t really dive straight down into the concrete until you’ve completed a series on the top.
And even that requires a bit of luck.
Some construction dives don’t have a set plan, but instead you have to figure out where the next set of steps are, how to get there, and how long you’ll need to dive before you can get there.
Even if you have a great dive plan, a lot of construction dives are still a bit disorienting.
There’s always a possibility that your diver may not make it to the bottom, or you may be swept away by the noise of the construction, or something even worse.
As a result, a construction diver is one of the best-known occupations in Toronto.
And despite the name, there are some real challenges to diving in Toronto: most construction dives require a diver to be on board for at least three hours, and they can be extremely difficult.
Some of the worst dive sites in Toronto are located along the waterfront, so diving at a site like Toronto’s waterfront is almost impossible.
And there are safety concerns, too.
Diving in Toronto can also be dangerous, if you do something wrong.
In a recent report, the Canadian Institute of Health Information warned that, while there’s no reliable data on how many people die during construction dives, it found that the number of fatalities in Toronto construction dives increased by more than 25 percent from 2007 to 2016.
In one study, which looked at a construction site in Scarborough, which has an average of more than 1,400 buildings, the number who died from diving was three times higher than the average.
That’s not to say that there are safe places to dive in Toronto, but they’re rare.
And most construction dive sites are just not accessible to most people.
That said, a survey by the Toronto Star found that in 2018, nearly a third of Toronto construction workers had taken part in a construction project at some point.
In 2018, more than 40 percent of workers in the city worked in construction, and almost a third were female.
When you dive, it’s important to stay focused.
If you dive too soon, the water can become so deep that you lose your grip on the platform.
If it’s too deep, the diver can become swept away and drown.
Some people also like to stay on a surface, and that’s where a divers training program can help.
The Canadian Association of Dive Instructors, which provides training for more than 150,000 divers across Canada, has about 10,000 people on its waiting list for a certification.
That means that if there’s a training program in place, there’s probably a pool in Toronto where you can try your hand at a project.
To help divers stay focused, the organization also offers a “tactical breathing mask.”
This is a device that helps divers relax during dives and allows them to focus on the task at hand.
It also comes in handy if you’re trying to keep your breathing rate above 85 percent, which can help with divers’ nervous system.
What about safety?
While diving is an activity that’s been around for a long time, the Toronto diving community is getting younger, and the city is getting more and more dangerous.
In 2016, there were 3,788 fatalities in the Toronto area, and there were an additional 735 accidents.
In 2017, there was an average accident rate of 16.3 accidents per 100,000 workers, compared to the average rate of 5.6 accidents per 1,000.
And while the Toronto divers community has had its fair share of accidents, it still has a lot to be proud of.
For example, the city has one of, if not the, safest diving communities in Canada.
